A Must Have for Photoshop Artists! To give due credit, the watercolor filter included in Photoshop does give the photo image a feeling of transparency. But that's simply not enough. I tried the tools available in my photo manipulation software, worked the parameters hours on end, experimented with various combinations and sequences, until I finally got the right results. Then, I proceeded to fine tune until I was truly convinced Photoshop Watercolor Secrets Revealed
